The villa is also equipped with air conditioning (three units), Wi-Fi, satellite TV, a hi-fi system, a safe, a dishwasher, a washing machine, and a dryer to ensure a comfortable stay.

From the property, you can reach the beaches of Letojanni, Mazzarò, and Isola Bella in just a few minutes by car. Catania and Syracuse, the villages on the slopes of Mount Etna, the Alcantara Gorges, and the fishing villages along the Riviera of Cyclops are also easily accessible.

The villa offers a variety of outdoor areas, including a veranda, a terrace, a Mediterranean garden, a pool, and a sun terrace.

Villa Luce's private pool measures 12.00 x 5.00 meters and has a depth of 1.60 meters. The pool is open from June 15th to September 20th, providing an ideal spot for refreshment and relaxation.
