Arco, a stone house dating back to 1534, has recently been completely renovated and furnished in a modern styled holiday villa in Umbria.
An ideal place to spend the whole day, whether breakfast, lunch or dinner, is the large veranda. Here you can enjoy the beautiful sunset every evening.
The holiday house has 3 spacious bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms: 2 on ground floor and one on first floor.
The new pool (12 x 4 meters) is positioned next to the house in accordance with the porch. Here you will find comfortable private pool furniture and the best views when you are at the pool. The private garden is fenced.
Arco is located near Lake Trasimeno and offers spectacular views of Tuscany (Montepulciano) and Lake Trasimeno (Panicale). The old medieval town of Piegaro is only 2 km away. The A1 motorway towards Rome and Florence is just 20 minutes away by car.
