The villa is located on a hill, facing the sea, just over 2 km from Sant' Agata Sui Due Golfi, the small municipality resting on a hill in the center of the Gulfs of Naples and Salerno.
The town features famous restaurants, stores, bars and a bus stop from which it is possible to easily travel to Sorrento, Positano, Amalfi and Ravello.  The nearest beach is Marina del Cantone around 9 Km away.

The villa is distributed over two levels and is in a panoramic position with a view of the sea and the island of Capri.  It has a completely fenced off terraced garden with centuries-old olive trees which contains a swimming pool area (3 x 7 m) on the upper level (20 steps) furnished with deckchairs and sunbeds and a lounge area covered by a small roof with table, chairs and sofa from which five steps lead up to the bathroom with shower, washbasin and WC.
In the covered terrace on the lower level, opposite the entrance to the kitchen and the lounge, there is a large table seating 12 people for eating ‘al fresco’, a pizza oven and a brickwork barbecue; it is also possible to enjoy the sea view from here.
The road that leads to the gate of the villa is around 3 m wide and inside there is a parking area that can accommodate 4 cars.
