The Masseria Pezza is a luxurious country house in Salento, surrounded by vineyards and olive trees, in an unspoilt rural landscape of the Apulian Salento. Here you can still experience authentic Apulia, but at the same time you are not far from the beautiful sandy beaches of Apulia.
The 18th century Masseria has been completely renovated keeping the structure and its original features. Large (arched) windows and high vaulted ceilings provide light and emphasize the impressive interior. The attractive and playful interior is characterized by modern furniture with a vintage and retro touch, wooden cabinets and tables, designer lamps and local accessories made of glass and wicker.
The holiday home also has 3 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, a large designer kitchen and a living room.
In the inner courtyard you can enjoy the private pool for your exclusive use, while the pergola terrace with dining table and lounge area invites you to read, eat and admire the breathtaking sunset. The masseria is surrounded by 20 acres of private land full of fruit and nut trees and an organic vegetable garden where you can help yourself!
The owners who live on the property are happy to share their love for Puglia with you and can organize authentic experiences to immerse yourself in the local gastronomy and nature, such as cooking classes, wine tasting, bike tours and boat trips at sea.
The Masseria Pezza is a 10 minute drive from the town of Salice Salentino, where you can find supermarkets, grocery stores. Find restaurants and cafes.
The beautiful city of Lecce with its beautiful Baroque monuments and churches is a 20-minute drive away.
The beautiful sandy beaches of Punta Prosciutto and Porto Cesareo on the Ionian Sea are only 25 km away.
A little further (a 50-minute drive) is the historic island town of Gallipoli, accessible via a 16th-century bridge or by sea. Surrounded by water, there is still the charming atmosphere of a fishing village, and fresh fish dishes are on the menus of the many restaurants.
An hour's drive away on the Adriatic coast is Otranto, a picturesque white town that invites you to stroll through the small streets.
In the morning you will be served a delicious breakfast with local products (included in the price).
