Torre Vado is one of the best known and frequented seaside localities of the lower Salento.  It is located on the Ionic coast between Santa Maria di Leuca, which is around 12 km away, and Gallipoli which instead is around 25 km away.  It is in a strategic position for moving around between the Ionian Sea and the Adriatic and the whole of the Salento area.

Torre Vado is a seaside town in South-Salento, very near the area called "the Maldives of Salento".  It has sandy areas with public beaches and amenities as well as low cliffs that slope gently down to the sea and are truly accessible to everyone.
