Casa il Muretto is a holiday home on the shores of Lake Como in Santa Maria Rezzonico, an old and picturesque village on the western shore of the lake in the upper Lario area, 40 km away. from Como.

The holiday home enjoys a fantastic location right on the lake, perfect for exploring the area. Guests here will appreciate the breathtaking view over Lake Como.

The house is located in the most beautiful part of the beautiful village, near the old castle and can be reached by a short walk.

The holiday home enjoys another covered terrace that is equipped for barbecuing and eating.

There is a grocery store and restaurant in Santa Maria Rezzonico.

Please note: cars can be parked 250 meters from the house and guests can access the entrance via stairs. The steps leading to the entrance are steep and cannot easily be used by people with walking difficulties or disabled people. There is a second entrance with flat steps that can be used for prams and buggies.

On arrival and departure you will be helped with loading and unloading your luggage.

The ground floor with a large number of windows and wonderful views over the lake consists of a large, well-equipped open kitchen and a large dining area with direct access to the two charming terraces.

The upper floor has an elegant lounge and a bathroom with a whirlpool bathtub, as well as a bedroom with a double bed and an en suite bathroom and direct access to the large terrace with a view of the lake.

The top floor has a large double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a mezzanine with two additional single beds.

An independent entrance from here leads to a cozy little outbuilding with a double bed, TV, cooking facilities, bathroom and terrace.
