Casa Rezzonico is a lakefront holiday home on Lake Como. It is located in Santa Maria Rezzonico, an old village on the western shore of the lake, 40 km from Como. Casa Rezzonico on the edge of the Villa Rossa grounds is a typical example of the local architectural style with its stone facade. Recently restored on the foundations of an old 19th century country residence, the villa is in a great location for enjoying the lake and exploring the area. Guests will appreciate the breathtaking view over Lake Como, which can be comfortably enjoyed under the covered veranda in front of the main entrance.

The ground floor of Casa Rezzonico consists of a spacious living room with a wonderful view over the lake, a reading corner and a large, well-equipped kitchen with access to the large sun terrace.
A few steps further we are on the lower floor of the tavern with a living room and sofa bed, a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom. Bright French windows lead to a quiet, fenced-in garden perfect for small children or for barbecuing and sunbathing in the summer sun on Lake Como.

The private pool is also located in this area.
Between the ground floor and the upper floor there is a small bedroom with two single beds, which is often used as a playroom. On the same floor there is a comfortable bathroom with a jacuzzi.
On the upper floor there is a bedroom with a queen-size double bed and an en-suite bathroom and a lovely room with a queen-size bed and bunk beds.

Air conditioning is installed in three bedrooms.
