Valpolicella is a beautiful hilly region just a few kilometers from Verona, a city of art and a UNESCO world heritage site; it is situated between Valdadige and the Veronese plains, just a short drive away from Lake Garda.
In addition to enjoying an excellent climate, this area offers places of exceptional beauty: it is possible to admire the stunning landscapes ranging from green vineyards to atmospheric natural and architectural treasures.  For centuries this territory has produced internationally renowned great red wines, like Amarone and Recioto.
The property is 4 Km from Negrar, a small town 13 Km from Verona, on the hills of Valpolicella, surrounded by stunning vineyards of Amarone grapes and enclosed within a 6,000 sq. meter garden with fruit and olive trees, blooming flower beds and green lawns.
The 8 x 18 m swimming pool is located in a secluded area accessed via a flight of stairs with a solarium area and shower adjacent to a spacious porch furnished with tables and chairs for eating ‘al fresco’, as well as a large built-in walled barbecue.

The recently renovated building has all mod cons: air conditioning in all the rooms, WIFI Internet connection, professional kitchen with accessories, laundry room with washing machine.
Inside the property there is a tasting room for sampling the wines produced and a cellar with display.

The villa is 11 Km away from Verona and 24 Km from Bardolino, a famous tourist locality situated on the eastern bank of Lake Garda.

All the bedrooms have air conditioning, soundproofing, flat screen TV, king size bed, while the bathrooms have hair dryers, bathrobes and courtesy kits.
