The designer house in Umbria Caprara is located near the small village of San Pelligrino in the hills between Gualdo Tadino and Gubbio.

It combines modern architecture with the heritage of this area. At the edge of the forest, a unique holiday home with all conveniences was created from old stones and a modern concrete structure with spacious and bright interiors.

The dining area is one of the highlights: it opens on two floors to under the roof, internal windows provide transparency between the rooms. The simple and elegant decor of the interiors puts the beauty of old materials in a very special light. Another highlight is the kitchen: 2 long wooden tables on a beautiful tiled floor, an indoor barbecue, plenty of space to cook together, dine and enjoy the best Italian food. From the large kitchen leads to the courtyard, which is bounded by two outbuildings. Here are two bedrooms, the other three are in the main building.

The bathrooms combine modern fittings and and portuegese style tilings.

The house is surrounded by a large garden, where the private pool is located.

Two bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with 2 single beds) share a beautifully designed bathroom with rain shower, two sinks and toilet.

Very spacious master bedroom with large double bed, free standing bath, fireplace and en-suite bathroom (rain shower, sink and toilet).

2 independent suites with acces from the courtyard, each with en-suite bathroom (one with rain shower and one with bath). One suite is accessible for wheelchairs and has an extra spacious shower.
