Col di Marte is a historical villa in a very calm and immaculated area.

The first part was built around 1300 – presumable as a watchtower. The middle part of the house dates from around 1500. The last part is from 1769.
The tobacco tower was built later in the 1800´s.
The owners have spent 10 years restoring the house with antique and original materials. Each stone is found – each terra cotta tile is handmade.
