Payment terms:
1st payment: 30% (due within 3 days of booking)
2nd payment: 70% (due 8 weeks prior to your arrival)
by VISA/MasterCard or bank transfer in Euro
Cancellation policy:
Please check the cancellation fees in the General Booking Conditions as it can differ depending on the villa. However, in the event of a cancellation on your part or on our part due to non reception of payment, the fees are in general:
- 8 weeks or more prior to arrival date: 30% of total rental price (deposit)
- between 8 and 6 weeks prior to arrival date: 50% of total rental price
- between 6 weeks and up to arrival date: 100% of total rental price
Rental periods: normally we rent from Saturday to Saturday.
In the low season (March, April, May, September and October) we can make an exception depending of the house and you can rent also only 4 days, for example for a long weekend from Wednesday to Sunday. Please contact us with your request.
Maximum number of people: The number of people must not exceed the number of sleeping place indicated in the website. Also children should be counted as part of the villa occupancy. Only 1 baby (less than 2 yo) can exceed the max. number of people.
Pools: Swimming pools are not open all year. If your rental period is outside the period May 30th to october 3rd, please check with us that the pool can be opened. Generally we open the pool on request from mid May until mid October. More and more holiday homes also have a heated pool, either with solar panels or with a heat pump; then it can be used from Easter to the beginning of November.
Please contact us if you are interested in a villa to rent before or after the summer months.
Internet: In all villas an internet connection is provided. But please consider that sometimes it could be very slow.
From our experience, when a connection is interrupted due to technical reasons beyond our control, it is unfortunately very difficult, despite our efforts, to receive immediate assistance from some of the internet providers operating in Italy. Please note that in any case we cannot accept responsibility for lack of these services.
Dogs / Pets: are not accepted in all our villas. If you want to bring one with you, please check always in advance if this is possible. If you´ve found a villa where your dog is accepted (see features), please consider that always only 1 dog is accepted. In case of more than 1, please contact us previously.
Tourist taxes: according to the District 1 to 4,5 Euro per day, per adult for the first 4 to 7 days. Children are not subject to this tax.
Arrival time: The arrival at the house is between 16:00 and 19:00
After 20:00 a fee of 50 Euro is required and after 22:00 the fee is 100 Euro. Any late arrival after 19:00 is to be agreed in advance and has to be checked with us.
