The spacious property comprises two separate houses, each with its own terrace and kitchen, making it an ideal holiday retreat for two families travelling together but still valuing their privacy.
Inside, the villa is characterised by a combination of charm and elegance, combining an exclusive and high-quality living culture with the traditional construction and decorative elements of Tuscany. Air conditioning in both houses ensures comfort all year round.
Modern amenities such as a dishwasher and washing machine are also included to make everyday life easier. The private pool, measuring 12 x 6 metres, offers welcome refreshment and is reserved exclusively for guests of the villa.

Ground floor: Entrance; living room with kitchen/dining room and sitting area with fireplace opening on to terrace with outdoor eating area; pantry laundry room; guest bathroom
First floor: Entrance; large sitting room with fireplace, study.
Second floor: Master (queen) bedroom with tub and separate shower; 2 twin bedrooms (one of which joinable together) with en-suite bathroom (shower only).

Guest House
Ground floor: Entrance; sitting room; kitchen with dining area opening on to the garden with large veranda for outdoor meals; single bedroom (with pull out bed); bathroom (shower only).
First floor: 2 double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms (one with shower and one with bath-tub and separate shower).

Maid service is included 2 hours a day, 5 days a week.

Restaurant and groceries (San Macario in Piano): 4,5 km, Lucca 10 km, Pisa 24 km, Beach for example in Marina di Vecchiano 27 km

Damage deposit: 1.000 Euro
