Just a few minutes' walk from the village of San Leonardo in Treponzio, this traditional farmhouse offers easy access to some of Italy's most important cultural cities.

Broccolo combines rustic charm with modern comfort. On the ground floor you will find a fully equipped kitchen and a cosy living room with TV. Three of the four bedrooms, all equipped with air conditioning, are located on the first floor, while the fourth bedroom is on the lower floor.

One of the highlights of this property is the spacious, fenced garden, which offers security for children playing and shade from olive trees, oaks and pine trees. Just 50 metres from the house is the private 12 x 6 metre swimming pool, surrounded by a covered seating area ideal for al fresco dining. Another covered terrace right next to the house invites you to relax and dine al fresco. There is also an attractively designed barbecue and pizza oven corner for culinary delights in the open air.

Thanks to its excellent location, Broccolo is the ideal starting point for excursions into the surrounding region. The historic city of Lucca, with its uniquely preserved medieval city walls, can be reached in just 15 minutes by car. Pisa, famous for its Leaning Tower and a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and the famous sandy beaches of the Versilia coast are both just half an hour away. The Renaissance metropolis of Florence can also be reached within an hour.
