Main house:

First floor: A large entrance hall with access to a study with library, a dining room with open fire, which can also be seen from the spacious kitchen taht is well-appointed and modern, ideal for sophisticated cooks and gourmets. It has a wine fridge, an ice-cream maker and two ovens. 

A covered terrace is located a few short steps from the kitchen, perfect to enjoy the prepared meals. A large bedroom with a double bed and an open bathroom with a bathtub, shower and toilets, a fireplace and a dressing room. A bedroom with a double bed and a gallery, where another double bed can be found.

Ground floor: Two bedrooms with a double bed, a large bathroom with shower and toilets, a utility room with washing machine and dryer and three connecting living rooms (fireplace, TV, DVD player).

Annex 1:

Ground floor: A living/bedroom with single bed, bathroom with shower and toilets.

First floor: An open bedroom with double bed and access to the garden

Annex 2:

Ground floor: A dining room with kitchen, living/bedroom with single bed.

Basement: A large and open bedroom with double bed and an open bathroom with shower and WC. The old brick arches have been left in place. Access to the garden.

The double beds can be turned into two separate beds.

On the north facing side are a wonderful garden and a covered terrace (porticato), which provides the necessary shade. The outdoor kitchen is equipped with a pizza oven, a big barbecue, a sideboard, a sink and comfortable sitting with an awning. There is a built-in, well-padded 6 x 2 m sun lounger with cushions by the pool, as well as a canopy. A small pool house with shower/WC is adjacent.
