Casa Blu is a charming villa by the sea located in Fontane Bianche, south of Syracuse in Sicily. The property sits in the quiet and private residential area of La Bussola, just a few metres from the crystal-clear and exceptionally clean waters of the Mediterranean, making it ideal for swimming and snorkelling.

The outdoor area is designed for enjoying both day and evening outdoors. Comfortable sofas, chaise longues, armchairs, tables and chairs provide several seating areas on the terrace with stunning sea views.

Two large sliding doors connect the interior and exterior spaces, creating a seamless transition between the living area and the terrace and allowing the house to fully open towards the sea.

Inside, Casa Blu features a tasteful and timeless interior design. The white walls create a bright and fresh atmosphere, while the elegant furnishings contribute to a relaxed and refined setting. Air conditioning ensures comfortable temperatures even during the hottest summer days.

The beautiful beach of Calamosche, Mount Etna’s natural park and the island of Capo Passero are also within reach.

Bicycles can be rented in the nearby town of Cassibile, making it easy to explore the surrounding area.
