The holiday home Villa Baronessina is surrounded by vineyards and at the same time in the middle of the picturesque, historic town center of Kalterin in South Tyrol.

Here you can spend an unforgettable holiday in a charming landscape, between high-quality architecture, art in construction and modern comfort.

The architect Prof. Walter Angonese and the artist Manfred A. Mayr have lovingly renovated the holiday home with a lot of flair and in compliance with the strictest energy and ecological standards.

Thanks to the pool heating, you can use the private infinity pool (6m x 2,5m.) from Easter to the end of October (chlorine-free brine water, which is purified using salt electrolysis).

The holiday home is equipped with high quality designer furniture and products (Plank, Rossin, Flos, Roberti Rattan) that have been combined with local materials and traditional craftsmanship.

Of course, all modern amenities are available here such as: WiFi, air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher, induction stove, flat screen TV, fireplace, grill, bath towels, bathrobes, etc.

South Tyrol or Alto Adige as the Italians say is an excellent wine region and of course the private wine cellar should not be missing here.

Villa Baronessina is located on the edge of the center of Kaltern am See and in a few minutes you can reach various shops, restaurants, bars, an ice cream parlor, bakery, butcher, pharmacy, vinotheque and a public bus stop. Nevertheless, your privacy is not disturbed here.

On the bottom floor there is a bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and a living room, which can also be used as an additional bedroom with its own bathroom. In front of these rooms there is the private whirlpool in the open air, but protected by a canopy. In front of it a pretty, spacious garden with sun loungers.

On the 1st floor you can eat and relax. The open dining and living area with the open kitchen provides a view of the surrounding mountains and the fragrant Mediterranean garden. The room extends outwards onto the terrace surrounded by wisteria. A cozy patio invites you to enjoy the dolce vita.

The last desert tent-like floor is completely occupied by the large master bedroom with a free-standing bathtub.
This is a space for people who appreciate and want to experience something special.

The holiday home has a Finn sauna, which can also be used as a bio sauna - herbarium / thermarium.
