The villa lies on a cliff above the sea about 4 kms from Maiori, an attractive little village on the Amalfi Coast with a very nice beach. It lies in a tranquil, panoramic position looking directly onto the sea, and can be reached down a private road the leads to the exclusive parking area for 4/5 cars. From here you come to the large private swimming-pool of 6x17m, built on a very panoramic terrace right over the sea.

The villa is equipped with: air-conditioning, electric heating, telephone, stereo with CD, satellite TV, dish-washer, washing-machine and microwave oven. The panoramic terrace is furnished for relaxing outside and with a table and chairs for dining in the open air. Close by you will find several high-quality restaurants, where you can try the local cuisine. Amalfi is about 10 kms away, and Positano 18 kms. In the village of Maiori you will find all the services you might need, and besides bars and restaurants you can also rent boats and the beach is suitable for children.
