Villa amalfi coast Villa Milu

In one of the most beautiful and scenic areas on the Amalfi Coast, between the two historic towns of Amalfi and Ravello, you will find Villa Milu in a private and exclusive position. You reach the property by a large gate, which opens onto a private road with space to park more than one car just a few steps from the first floor of the villa. This charming property (250 sq. m. of floor space + 1000 sq. metres of outdoor area) has several levels, with many terraces that make the views of the Amalfi coast and the sea simply unique. Each terrace is decorated with vases with colorful flowers, sunny at some points and shaded by pergolas, trees or tents in others. The swimming pool is located on the upper level, which makes it a unique place to relax surrounded by nature and breath-taking views.
Facilities: Swimming pool (16 m x 7 m open May - October), two outdoor showers, elevator, Laundry room with washing machine, dishwasher, Satellite TV, DVD/CD player, heating, air conditioning throughout, pay telephone, WIFI internet connection, hairdryer in each bathroom, barbecue area, ironing facilities, parking. Included, 3 hours per day maid service and twice a week change of linen.

Distances: Supermarket 2.5 km, bus stop 200 m - by bus to Amalfi 10 min, Ravello 10 min (summer operation only) - you can buy a ticket at the tobacco store. Amalfi 2.5 km, Ravello 5 km, Sorrento 40 km, Positano 25 km, Naples 60 km. The nearest beach is Castiglione di Ravello, 1.5 km away and 180 steps down/up.

The entrance is via the living room with large windows overlooking the landscape, a marble fireplace decorated with ceramic vases and lamps, a long and lovely wooden table with elegant chairs, design objects that makes the atmosphere modern and pleasant to live in. French windows lead to the terrace which is furnished with a wrought iron table and ceramic top and six wrought iron chairs. The kitchen adjacent to the living room is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, oven, fridge / freezer and the short distance to the terrace makes it possible to have lunch and dinner outdoors. Lastly on the same level there is a laundry room with a washing machine, a bathroom with a shower and a corridor that leads to a double bedroom with access to a terrace with a sea view and a bathroom with a large shower.

You can reach the top level through the internal stairs (20 steps) or the lift: here you will find a master bedroom with a large bathroom well-appointed with a shower and bath tub, in addition you will find both a double and twin which share a bathroom, located in the corridor, with a modern glass shower. Each bedroom simply and tastefully decorated, all are equipped with TV and air conditioning, French windows which open onto terraces overlooking the sea.
From this floor, the elevator brings you to a large terrace (accessible from the entrance of the villa, with an external staircase of 45 steps), which offers spectacular views of the coast and the sea, and outdoor spaces comfortable and furnished. Here besides the pool there are two outdoor showers, deck chairs, a shaded dining area with table and charcoal barbecue, and a bar in the corner.
