Donna Alessia is a luxurious residence with private swimming pool dating back to the end of the eighteenth century, located in the beautiful Salento countryside, in Martano in the province of Lecce. The building has been renovated in full respect of the original colors and materials, with the desire to create a unique and welcoming place, where nature meets luxury and modern style. The outdoor spaces are characterized by a wonderfully rustic style, with stones and dry stone walls that highlight the typical rurality of the place. With its large infinity pool with hydromassage and with the different and well-equipped terraces, Donna Alessia is the perfect place to regenerate away from the hectic pace of everyday life. The main entrance leads to a large living area with chairs and cozy sofas and from here, passing through a double door, you pass to the dining room and kitchen, all rigorously furnished in a total white style. The five bedrooms (three on the ground floor and two on the first floor) are decorated with great originality and all have a mini-bar fridge and private bathroom. The villa is also equipped with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, dishwasher and washing machine. From the residence some of the most beautiful places in Puglia and Salento are within easy reach. Galatina, Otranto and Lecce, for example, are all easily reachable in about 30 minutes by car. And in case you don't want to take the car, even a simple bike ride will allow you to easily reach the excellent nearby restaurant or simply wander around the beautiful surrounding countryside.
