When you drive through the gate, you will undoubtedly leave the hectic pace of everyday life behind. Here you will spend your days at the swimming pool or in the shady gazebos in the green. Enjoy the sounds of nature and the enveloping scents of the Mediterranean plants in the beautiful garden. The fully furnished outdoor terrace is dedicated to relaxation and convivial moments with friends and family. Prepare summer meals together on the BBQ and cherish the magical evening hours when the garden is fully lit.

Inside is a successful mix of modernity and rural traditions. You will find luxurious facilities and intimacy. The contemporary furniture is enriched with a vintage touch that is given by old furniture and antique objects. The extensive use of wood, ceramics, and earthy tones give the house a warm appearance.

Lamia del Riccio has all the ingredients to unwind fully but is also an excellent home base to explore the area from small "jewel towns" like Cisternino, Locorotondo, and Martina Franca to the beautiful beaches of the Adriatic coast, which are only 20 minutes away.

The Lamia del Riccio set in the Ostuni countryside on a 1-hectare site with olive trees. It is a perfect holiday home for nature lovers and those that are looking for complete relaxation.

The house is characterized by inviting, and intimate spaces inside and includes two bedrooms in the wings of the central ‘lamia’ plus a master bedroom with a beautiful carved bathroom in an adjoining ‘trullo’. In addition, there are fantastic amenities outside, such as a large covered outdoor terrace, a sun terrace at the poolside, and a lawn.

• In the central part, you will find the open living; in the lounge area is a (sleeping) sofa and two chairs.
• A door in the living room leads to one of the two ensuite bedrooms in this central area. It is equipped with a double bed, and patio doors give access to the terrace. The ensuite bathroom of this room has a large walk-in shower, a sink, and a toilet.
• In the living, you will find the modern open kitchen/kitchenette with a beautiful dining table and six chairs. The kitchen is well appointed with modern appliances such as a fridge, freezer, dishwasher, electric hob, microwave, blender, juicer, kettle, coffee maker (including Nespresso and Moka) as well as crockery and cooking utensils. A door in the kitchen opens onto the terrace.
• A door in the kitchen gives access to the second ensuite bedroom with a double bed and built-in cupboards on either side. The ensuite bathroom of this room has a sink, a toilet, and a walk-in shower.
• Separate from the central ‘lamia’ is the master bedroom with a double bed, two built-in wardrobes, and a door to the outside.
• The beautiful fully carved ensuite bathroom can be reached via a staircase, but also via outside. In this beautiful mix of old and new, you will find a bidet, a toilet, a unique double sink, and a shower with two showerheads.

However, for larger parties, a double sofa-bed in the living room can accommodate 2 more people for a maximum of 6+2 Guests.

All rooms have a TV, mosquito nets, and black-out curtains as well as personal care products in the bathrooms. Inside and outside, there is WIFI-internet.
