Splendid villa with private swimming pool near Gallipoli, a short drive from some of the most beautiful beaches on the Ionian coast in Apulia. An ideal property for anyone looking for sun, fun, culture and fabulous beaches, Villa Giulia is a peaceful oasis in the heart of the Salento countryside. The property is just a short drive from the ancient village of Gallipoli with its Cathedral and its castle overlooking the sea, Galatina with its Basilica, the splendid beaches of Baia Verde and Punta della Suina and other charming seaside localities along the coast. Lovingly and carefully restored, the ancient rural property has been converted into a refined residence that can accommodate up to 24 people. The interior, of the main villa and the rural outbuildings, include a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dining room and seven spacious bedrooms, five of which are accessible from the exterior. These suites, each one different from the others, are air conditioned and have a living area and a private bathroom. The exterior of the villa boasts a beautiful swimming pool, a large garden and furnished terraces ideal for outdoor living. Guests can enjoy a number of services including daily cleaning and breakfast. A discreet custodian who lives in a secluded part of the property is available in case of necessity.
