The property consists of an old Apulian farmhouse turned into a country house, and the old farm granary, now completely renovated, where they have divided the building vertically into two large apartments, with independent entrances and both furnished with good taste. The houses are surrounded by a garden full of Mediterranean plants and protected by old stone walls. Each one has large living-rooms, TV, dishwasher, washing-machine and private external area for dining outside and they all share the swimming-pool (13m x 8m) furnished with a pergola and sun beds. The countryside around the property is full of fruit orchards, vegetable cultivations and vineyards. The farm lies just 8 km from the endless sandy beaches that characterize this stretch of Ionian coast, where there is also a championship 18-hole golf course, 6284 meters long, par 72. Also just 40 km away is the well-known town of Matera, famous for its 'Sassi', the old part of the town now part of UNESCO's world heritage. You should also visit Alberobello (70 km), which is also part of UNESCO's world heritage; Grottaglie (60 km) famous for its production of ceramics; and Martina Franca (70 km) an old baroque town.
