Villa Castelluccio offers a truly authentic experience in the heart of rural Puglia. Featuring a combination of a beautifully restored villa set in 5 hectares of olive groves.

The building itself was renovated from a ruin of an old traditional lamia. Thanks to the redesign and restoration of the interior, we managed to preserve the historical atmosphere, giving a charming and relaxed atmosphere. The renovations were carried out under the direction of our good friend Andrew Trotter.

The villa is 7 km from the center of Ceglie Messapica, known for its gastronomy and markets.
The house is located a few kilometers from Ostuni and is 25 minutes from Brindisi airport and an hour from Bari airport.

Apulien Coast:

Enjoy a day on the sandy beach of Torre Canne (30 minutes) or swim in crystal-clear water or practice one of the numerous water sports that you find here along the coast.

When you enter you enter the living room. From here in turn to two large double bedrooms with their own bathroom and shower as well as doors to the garden. Both bedrooms have super king size beds.
The living area with fireplace has an open kitchen.
Beautiful double glass doors lead to a large covered terrace with an outdoor kitchen, dining area and a relaxation area with pergolas.
The terrace looks out over our olive trees and the land beyond.
From the terrace and after a short walk through the olive trees you reach a large swimming pool with lavender on one side and an open pool area with loungers on the other side. There is a curved wall that creates modernity and seclusion with 2 outdoor showers.
A few meters from the main house there is a large studio double room with its own shower room and sun terrace.
