Villa Mira 57 is a luxury villa with swimming pool and sea views, between Carovigno and Ostuni.

The villa has simple and angular lines, two flat roof buildings kept in continuity by an L-shaped terrace/veranda. It was designed in collaboration with international and local architects/interior designers.

Equipped with a swimming pool and a jacuzzi, it has 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 10 people. Elegant suites with a sofa and a private bathroom

The courtyard is paved with local stones and surrounded by lawns and monumental olive trees.
An outdoor terrace with a cooking area with a stove and grill allows you to prepare delicious grilled dishes on Puglia's many sunny days. There are also various relaxation corners with comfortable seating.
Sightseeing features

Located between Carovigno and Ostuni, you can reach the pristine beaches of the Torre Guaceto Nature Reserve in a few minutes by car or bike.

At the rear of the villa there is a private pool with sea views, 4 x 15 m (60 m²), 1.5 m deep, with a hydromassage tub with the possibility of being heated at an additional cost.

By the pool there is a solarium area and outdoor showers with enchanting sea views.

The entrance door, located on the side of the central body of the villa, opens to the living room with open kitchen, separated from the living room by a bamboo partition. In the living area you can relax on the comfortable sofas and seating with an imaginary line. The entire facade, the white walls and the niches make the environment very bright, as does the continuous floor without joints and with a smooth concrete base, which creates an authentic and elegant effect throughout the villa.

The open kitchen features an iron structure with sliding glass doors that hide wooden shelves. In addition, the marble countertop consists of iron structures and wooden compartments, which, in addition to storing various kitchen appliances, also hide a dishwasher and a washing machine. Guests have access to an espresso machine, a toaster, a kettle and a large refrigerator.
