This beautiful property is situated in one of the most stunning areas of
Salento, in the countryside near the village of Nardò, which is around 2 km away and has all kinds of stores and services.
The house is pleasantly furnished and excellently provided with all the necessary amenities. Outside there is a beautiful park filled with plants and flowers that is tended directly by the owners. There is also a furnished veranda where it is possible to organize unforgettable "al fresco" suppers and lunches, as well as a large swimming pool which consists of a main pool (6X14 m) that intersects with a second, round pool with a diameter of 6 m.
The sea of Santa Caterina is just 4 km away. Here the coast mainly consists of low cliffs, while there are stunning bays with sandy coves just a little further north in the natural resrrve of Porto Selvaggio.
The beautiful town of Gallipoli is within easy reach of the house (around 15 km). Today this ancient sea port is one of the most famous seaside resorts in Salento and offers a vast choice of typical local restaurants. A long golden beach stretches from the south of Gallipoli right to Punta Pizzo.
Lecce, Puglia's Baroque pearl is just 30 km away.
