Villa Noci is a peaceful holiday retreat set among ancient olive trees in the picturesque countryside of Puglia. Located just 6 km from Castellana Grotte, famous for its spectacular caves, and a short drive from the Adriatic coast and Monopoli, the villa offers the perfect blend of traditional charm and modern comfort.

The estate consists of several buildings, some featuring the region’s characteristic trullo architecture. Every corner reflects Puglia’s rural heritage, enhanced with contemporary features such as air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a fully equipped kitchen.

The 12 x 6 m private pool forms the heart of the property, surrounded by olive groves that ensure privacy and tranquillity. Multiple shaded verandas, lounge chairs, and outdoor sofas invite guests to relax in the Mediterranean sun.
The outdoor kitchen, complete with modern appliances, a large dining table for ten guests, and a smart TV, makes al fresco dining an everyday pleasure. A stone barbecue area and soft night lighting create the perfect setting for long summer evenings under the stars.

Inside, Villa Noci combines rustic stonework and vaulted ceilings with elegant furnishings. The layout is ideal for families or groups, offering both communal and private spaces.
The main trullo features a cozy lounge with a traditional stone fireplace. The sleeping area includes three bedrooms – one double and two triple rooms – with three bathrooms (two en suite). The spacious living area includes a fully equipped kitchen with electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, espresso coffee machine, and dining zone.
A small laundry room with washing machine, iron, and ironing board adds extra convenience.

Ground floor: the entrance to the villa leads to the main trullo of the structure which contains a small lounge and ancient stone fireplace.
From here one enters the sleeping area, which consists of one bathroom with shower cubicle located inside a trullo and three bedrooms, one double and two with three single beds, both with en-suite bathroom with shower cubicle.
The day area consists of a spacious living-room with large walled fitted kitchen with electric oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, espresso coffee machine and electric kettle; the ambient is completed by a dining area and lounge area.
Inside the day area there is a small box-room used as a laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board.
