Villa dei Sogni is nestled in the hills above Bellagio, offering breathtaking views of all three branches of Lake Como and the majestic Alps in the background. This luxurious villa is furnished with modern, high-quality pieces and is meticulously maintained.

The villa is equipped with all modern comforts, including air conditioning, heating, ADSL Internet, a dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, satellite TV, and a private swimming pool (4 x 9 m). There is also a DVD player, a stereo system throughout the villa, and a telephone. The bathrooms are fully stocked with hair dryers, soap, bath soap, and body cream. The kitchen is well-appointed with a fridge and freezer, electric oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, and coffee maker.

A private chef and baby-sitting service can be booked upon request.

The villa's 450 m² garden offers multiple areas to relax and enjoy the beautiful views. The large terrace is fully equipped for outdoor dining, making it a perfect space to savor meals while overlooking the stunning scenery. Please note, the access road is narrow, so large cars are not recommended.

Bellagio, known as the pearl of Lake Como, is a charming town with plenty to offer. Guests can enjoy a variety of activities, including sports, fine dining, and vibrant nightlife. Boats are regularly available at the port for trips to the picturesque towns along the lake. Bellagio is also well-connected for day trips, with Lecco just a 35-minute drive away, Como 45 minutes, and Milan and Lugano reachable in 90 minutes.

A separate powder room is available for guests. The elegant covered terrace, accessible from the living room and the double bedroom, is ideal for breakfast or sunset drinks.

Accessed via an internal staircase from the living room, the top floor features two additional bedrooms, each with its own en suite bathroom (shower, toilet, sink), as well as a separate storage room for luggage. On the landing, a small desk area with broadband connection and a stereo system is available for work or relaxation.

Outdoors – Pool, Garden & Nature

The swimming pool is exclusively for villa guests and the perfect spot to start your day with a swim and panoramic views. The area is furnished to the highest standard with sun loungers, umbrellas, and small side tables. The pool can be solar-heated on request and includes hydro jets and a counter-current swimming system.

The beautifully maintained garden surrounding the villa features many local and native plant species – a true delight for nature lovers and amateur botanists alike.
