Villa Il Gelso is a stunning luxury villa on the shores of Lake Como, where the water gently laps at your private pebble beach. Perfectly located in the charming fishing village of Lezzeno, the villa offers breathtaking panoramic views, a lakefront swimming pool, and elegant outdoor spaces. Within minutes you can reach Bellagio’s boutiques, Como’s cultural landmarks, or simply cruise across the glittering lake to discover its historic towns.

Spread over three floors, Villa Il Gelso seamlessly blends sleek contemporary décor with original period details. It features four beautifully appointed bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, a newly refurbished kitchen, and stylish living areas that open onto terraces with unobstructed lake views. Outdoors, enjoy your private garden, a gazebo for shaded dining, and direct access to the water from your own dock. The villa comfortably sleeps 8 guests, with the option of a sofa bed for one extra person.

Villa Il Gelso is discreetly located just off the main street of Lezzeno and offers two private parking spaces. From the parking lot, a picturesque, traditionally paved staircase leads directly from the main street to the entrance of the villa.

First floor: The first floor impresses with a light-flooded, open-plan living area, a fully renovated, modern kitchen with high-quality appliances, a stylish dining room and a private bathroom. From here you have direct access to the well-kept garden with panoramic pool and the small pebble beach - ideal for swimming and sunbathing.

1st floor - main entrance: Here you will find the “Begonia” room, a charming twin room (can be prepared as a double room on request) with a private terrace and stunning views of Lake Como. A spacious closet and a modern bathroom round off the furnishings.

Opposite is the “Azalea” suite - a spacious suite with king-size bed, cozy sitting area with TV, balcony with lake view, original 19th century fireplace, dressing area with open wardrobe and private modern bathroom.

2nd floor: An internal staircase leads to the upper floor with the “Dalia” suite, a large twin room (also available as a double room) with its own bathroom.

Also on this floor: the elegant “Camelia” suite with a king-size bed, cozy lounge corner, private bathroom and a terrace with a fantastic lake view - perfect for that first coffee in the morning or a glass of wine at sunset. A sofa bed is also available here.
