Villa Vanessa is situated in the lovely hamlet along the Lake Como shoreline, about 500m from a few bars and restaurants, convenience store, boat and kayak rental. It’s a great base to explore this magical lake at 14 km from the lively lakeside town of Lecco with plenty of shops, and only 8 km from Bellagio. Well-known as the pearl of Lake Como, Bellagio is a small picturesque village with many cafes, restaurants and craft shops, and ferry departures towards all parts of the lake.

The villa is located next to a road following the river of the Lago di Como and that have plenty of traffic at times.

Enjoy outdoor waterfront living in the garden (800 m²) with sunny lawn and deck chairs where you can catch up on your vitamin D, or take a welcome pause under the shade of the trees. A unique spot is the terrace with table and chairs, great for an aperitivo while watching the boats go by. Boats, SUPs or kayaks can be rented nearby.
