Casa di Campo is an architecturally striking design villa on Lake Garda, offering accommodation for 10 to 12 guests. Contemporary architecture, premium materials and spectacular lake views define this remarkable holiday home above Toscolano Maderno.

The villa combines minimalist design with natural materials and refined craftsmanship. Elegant steel-frame windows, shell limestone floors, natural stone walls and dark oak elements create a calm and sophisticated atmosphere. Large windows open every room to breathtaking views of Lake Garda while filling the interiors with natural light.

Custom built-in carpentry, black porcelain accents and high-quality fittings underline the villa’s modern architectural style.

The spacious living and dining areas connect seamlessly to the terraces and garden. A six-metre covered outdoor dining table becomes the centrepiece for long evenings together. A built-in barbecue and a fireplace on the covered terrace add warmth and atmosphere for relaxed outdoor living.

The outdoor area is one of the highlights of the property. The heated swimming pool (5 × 10 m) sits within a beautifully landscaped garden filled with olive and lemon trees and offers open views across Lake Garda. Large sun loungers, four double sunbeds and several lounge areas create perfect spots for relaxation.

A special feature is the upper “sun-downer” terrace with lounge beds and chairs – an ideal place to enjoy the sunset over the lake. Around the pool there are generous sun terraces with shade sails, an outdoor shower and large lawns for playing, relaxing or enjoying the peaceful surroundings beneath the olive trees.

The property stretches down a hillside to a small river that forms the natural boundary of the estate. Its position at the end of a quiet road ensures complete privacy and tranquility.

Despite the peaceful location, two excellent restaurants can be reached walking. A small footpath leads down to Lake Garda, where two public swimming spots are located at the edge of Toscolano Maderno.

The surrounding area also offers many activities. The scenic Rimbalzello tennis courts are located in nearby Barbarano directly by the lake. The historic Bogliaco Golf Club, one of Italy’s oldest golf courses, is also close by. In addition, the villa is a perfect starting point for hiking and cycling tours along Lake Garda and in the surrounding hills.

All bedrooms have very large windows with a large terrace. They are also equipped with electric mosquito nets (except in the granny flat) and draft-free air conditioning via fan calls and floor cooling. In front of the two children's bedrooms is a covered lounge.

The entire house has underfloor heating and cooling. Small hotel safes in the dressing rooms.

Restaurants within walking distance

Two good restaurants can be reached on foot in 3 minutes.

Wonderful tranquility above the lake and yet it can be reached on foot in 8 minutes via a road that is not passable by car. Two public bathing spots are right where you come down the path at the end of Toscolano Maderno

The Rimbalzello tennis courts are beautifully situated on the lake in the next town of Barbarano and the oldest, very beautiful golf course "Bogliaco" is not far away either. The holiday home is the starting point for beautiful hikes and bike tours.

IMPORTANT: The access road is very steep in places and has some potholes. It is therefore not suitable for vehicles with low ground clearance.
