Giardino di Cordirosso is a independent holiday villa with fenced garden, private and heated swimming-pool (11 x 5 metres) with deckchairs and umbrella, BBQ with wood and outdoor dining area.

Available for our guests:
outdoor parking, children playground with slide and swing, free bikes, volleyball field. The whole house offer all facilities you may need, including air conditioning or heating, wi-fi internet, safe, sat tv in each room.
On request high chair, baby cot and baby changer mattress.
Pets and educated dogs of any size are welcome, without any supplement.

We will be happy to assist our guests in any particular request they may have and we will be available to organize extra services at the house.

We live next to the holiday house and we guarantee maximum assistance, if requested.

The living room is composed of a fully equipped kitchen, sofa area with smart tv (provided with sat channel) and toilet.  The spa offers relax to our guests with Jacuzzi, emotional shower with Turkish bath and sauna.
The house has three bedrooms with private facilities with a capacity of 10 people:
– junior suite at the first floor with double bed and high quality double sofa bed with private bathroom with shower. Lake view balcony.
– double bedroom with private toilet on the ground floor and open space bathroom with centre-room bathtub and shower that you reach by stairs.
– double bedroom on the ground floor with private bathroom with shower. and a second double bed on a mezzanine. This room can be used by clients with mobility problems.
3 of the above double beds can be also prepared as 6 single beds.

Damage deposit: 1.000 Euro

Heated pool (+/-28°C) only available in the mid season (may, june and september) and included in the price;
