The house owners do not live far away and take care of the work that needs to be done in the garden and the maintenance of the pool every day; Of course, they are always happy to answer questions, recommend restaurants and excursions.

Location: The holiday home is about 200m above Lake Garda, 7 km from Castelletto di Brenzone. On foot Castelletto di Brenzone and San Zeno in Montagna. Both villages can be reached in 10-15 minutes by car. Supermarkets, excellent restaurants, pizzerias and numerous gelaterias (ice cream parlors) can be found in Castelletto and San Zeno.

Village in walking distance

Castelletto di Brenzone - is only a 15-minute walk away (approx. 1.5 km) and is located directly on Lake Garda. An old mule trail leads from the village past the Villa property up to Monte Baldo.

The small fishing port is also the landing stage for the Lago di Garda ferry, with which you can take wonderful day trips to the other side of the lake. For water enthusiasts, Castelletto di Brenzone has numerous pebble beaches, a sailing club and even motor boat rentals!
