Villa Francesca is a charming lakefront holiday home in a truly privileged position on the shores of Lake Maggiore, in Reno di Leggiuno. Set on a rocky slope above the water, the property enjoys beautiful panoramic views across the lake and towards the surrounding mountains. Large windows allow natural light to flood the interiors and create a strong connection between the house and its natural setting.

From the house, a stone staircase leads down to a private lakeside lawn directly bordering the water. This exclusive outdoor area is equipped with table and chairs, a barbecue and a table tennis table, offering the perfect setting for relaxed days by the lake. Whether enjoying a refreshing swim, spending time in the sun or preparing a barbecue in the evening, the atmosphere here captures the true spirit of La Dolce Vita on Lake Maggiore.

The holiday home is located within easy walking distance, around 400 metres, of the small village of Reno di Leggiuno. Here you will find a small beach, a beach bar, a restaurant and a picturesque little harbour. Just two kilometres away lies the remarkable lakeside monastery of Santa Caterina del Sasso, dramatically built into the rock face and one of the most iconic sights of Lake Maggiore.

The lively town of Laveno is approximately five kilometres away and forms part of the so-called Golden Triangle of Lake Maggiore together with Stresa and Verbania. Laveno offers a scenic lakeside promenade, a wide choice of shops and restaurants, and a cable car leading up the mountain for breathtaking panoramic views. From here, regular ferry connections make it easy to explore the highlights of the lake, while a direct train line provides convenient access to Milan for a day trip.

Villa Francesca is an ideal holiday home for guests seeking direct lake access, privacy and a relaxed lifestyle in one of the most beautiful locations on Lake Maggiore.

This family-friendly holiday villa is spread over three floors and can accommodate up to 14 people in 6 bedrooms (350 m²).

From the entrance on the ground floor, you enter the spacious and bright living room, which has comfortable sofas and a satellite TV. There is also an adjacent dining room with a round table and chairs. There is also a fully equipped kitchen. A sliding window provides access to a terrace with a table, chairs, and sun loungers, offering spectacular views of Lake Maggiore!

On the first floor, there are five bedrooms: one with a double bed and a private terrace, an ensuite bathroom with a shower; two with double beds and a terrace; one with two single beds; and one with two sets of bunk beds (sleeping four) for children. There are two bathrooms with a tub and an overhead shower.

A narrow staircase leads to the second floor, where you will find a bedroom with two single beds (80 cm wide) for children and a bathroom with a shower.

Due to the layout of this property with many steps and slopes, it is not recommended for small children or for persons with walking disabilities.
