Villa Magognino is a stunning and sunlit vacation villa nestled in the serene hills above Stresa, in the peaceful hamlet of Magognino. With 400 m² of elegant living space, this luxurious villa blends timeless Italian charm with modern amenities and comfortably accommodates up to 11 guests in 6 air-conditioned bedrooms.

Set within 7 hectares of beautifully maintained private grounds, the property offers absolute tranquility, complete privacy, and an intimate connection with nature – while being just a short drive from the lively lakeside towns.

The meticulously landscaped garden boasts panoramic lake views from nearly every angle. In front of the villa, a flower-filled lawn and patio are framed by fragrant lemon and olive trees. Nestled into the hillside lies the pool area, featuring a wooden sun deck, loungers, parasols, a changing room, shower, and toilet – perfect for warm summer days.

Villa Magognino is ideally situated between Belgirate (3.5 km) and Stresa (5 km), the most famous town on Lake Maggiore, known for its lakeside promenade, elegant cafés, boutiques, and gourmet restaurants. From Stresa, ferries connect you to the magical Borromean Islands, the scenic Swiss shores, and many lakeside gems.

The location is ideal for day trips to Milan, Turin, Lake Orta, or the vineyards of Piedmont. Nature lovers can explore the surrounding mountains and valleys, perfect for hiking and outdoor adventures.

A discreet on-site gardener lives in a separate house at the lower end of the fenced property and takes care of daily pool maintenance and garden upkeep – without disturbing your privacy.

– The ground floor is composed of a cosy living room with plush seating, a TV, and a cozy lounge area by the fireplace. Dining room with large wooden table. Fully equipped kitchen with access to the outdoor patio and garden. On the backside is a charming conservatory ideal to enjoy morning breakfast together. Bathroom with small tub and with washer and dryer. On this level is also an bedroom with two single beds, and ensuite bathroom with bathtub and overhead shower.
– On the first floor are four bedrooms, each with a private bathroom and with windows overlooking the lake: 3 double bedrooms and 1 single bedroom. Three bathrooms with bathtub and overhead shower and one bathroom with shower.
– On the second floor is a bedroom with double bed, and private little terrace with views of the lake, and bathroom with shower.
– The basement floor includes an entertainment area with billiards table, ping pong, and table football.

Security deposit by bank transfer to the owner (refunded after departure): 1.500 euro

Extra to be paid cash upon arrival:
Cleaning (obligatory): 350 euro per week
Bed linen, bathroom and pool towels (obligatory): 165 euro
Heating (seasonal): according to consumption
Pets allowed (upon prior request only): 10 euro per day (maximum one pet)
