Villa Baveno enjoys a beautiful panoramic position on a hillside above Baveno, just 1 km from the village. Surrounded by a 20,000 m² park with mature trees and a pine forest, the villa offers stunning views over Lake Maggiore. The large private estate extends over several levels and provides plenty of peace, privacy and a wonderful natural setting. The private terrace of the villa is also home to the heated pool, from where guests can enjoy a spectacular view of the lake.

Fully renovated in 2014, Villa Baveno combines elegant style with modern comfort. Each bedroom is individually designed and tastefully furnished, while the bathrooms are finished in high-quality marble. In the living area, modern amenities such as satellite TV, Apple TV, PlayStation, DVD player and Wi-Fi ensure a comfortable stay. The professional kitchen is very well equipped and ideal for preparing memorable meals and enjoying relaxed evenings in the villa.

A special highlight of the property is its private wellness area. Guests can enjoy a Turkish bath, a whirlpool for up to five people, a fitness area, a massage table and a selection of herbal teas. This makes the villa a perfect place to relax and unwind in refined surroundings.

On request, additional services can be arranged, including a private chef, a massage therapist and a beauty therapist. These extra touches make it easy to create an even more comfortable and personalised holiday experience.

Villa Baveno is ideally located for exploring Lake Maggiore. Baveno, with its restaurants and lovely lakeside promenade, is quickly reached. The lively town of Stresa is only 3 km away and is famous for its cafés, shops and ferry connections to the Borromean Islands. Golf lovers will also appreciate the nearby Verbania golf course, just 11 km away. Other attractive day-trip destinations include Orta San Giulio, Omegna, Locarno in Switzerland and even Milan.

600m² over 3 floors, sleeps comfortably up to 11-13 people in 5 airconditioned bedrooms, and optionally a sofa bed in the TV-room:
– The main floor is entered in an elegant hall with an antique wooden spiral staircase. On one side of the hall you’ll find a spacious living room with marble fireplace, sofas, piano and a bar and cosy lounge with TV. Access to a large covered patio with outdoor furniture and beautiful lake views. There is a professional stainless steel kitchen with every possible equipment and a dining room with table seating 12 people. There is a TV room with double sofa bed (optional – see notes below), and a bathroom with shower. Access to the balcony and pool side terrace with table and barbecue facilities.
– On the first floor are 4 double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom and shower and 1 triple bedroom with double bed and single sofa bed and bathroom with shower. All bedrooms have air-conditioning, mini fridge, kettle, a safe and satellite TV.
– The lower floor has been transformed into a fitness and wellness area with gym equipment, Jacuzzi, Turkish bath, massage room with bed and bathroom with shower and a spacious area to relax in with sofas and large windows overlooking the lake. To entertain the smallest ones there is a playing area equipped with a car-track carpet, little baby chairs, rocking horse, marionette theatre and many toys.
