The master bedroom comes with a spacious wardrobe and 40” TV and offers plenty of light and panoramic views over the pool and lake thanks to its large windows.

The downstairs floor features a lounge with a large iron table seating 10 people and your own cinema area with comfy L-shaped couch and a home cinema system (55” TV and Bose surround sound speakers) to engage your senses. There’s also a room with bathtub and hidden washing machine and dryer. The garage (100m²) operated by remote control can fit up to 3-4 cars.
