Villa Moncalvo is located on a hillside in Meina, only 4 km from the elegant lakeside town of Arona. With its attractive promenade, shops, cafés and restaurants, Arona is one of the most pleasant towns on Lake Maggiore and an excellent starting point for discovering the area. From here, guests can take a ferry to explore the lake or use the railway station for direct connections to the centre of Milan. Stresa, the lake’s most famous resort town, is just 15 km away and offers regular ferries to the remarkable Borromean Islands.

The Villa Moncalvo (200m²) can sleep up to 8 people in 4 air conditioned bedrooms:
– On the main floor is a spacious and bright living room with dining table, comfortable couches and open fireplace. It is stylishly furnished and has all modern conveniences such as smart TV, wireless internet, and playstation console. Separate fully equipped kitchen with access to the terrace. On the same level are two bedrooms: one with double bed and one with 2 single beds (can be joined together), and two bathrooms: one with bathtub and one with shower (hydromassage).
– On the first floor are two further twin bedrooms (beds can be joined together. Bathroom with shower. Little terrace.

Extra to be paid cash upon arrival:
– Security deposit (also possible by bank transfer – refundable): 800 Euro
– Final cleaning (obligatory): E00 euro
– The electricity (i.e. for the air conditioning) is metered at 0,5 euro/KWH with a bonus included of 50 Euro. Any extra usage will be detracted from the deposit.
– Heating (seasonal): 20 Euro per day
