The large sliding windows in the pool area can be opened in summer, creating a seamless connection to the garden and outdoor spaces. Outside, the villa is surrounded by a well-kept lawn with sun loungers and parasols. Villa Nora is located in the hamlet of Campino, a peaceful hillside area above Stresa. Two excellent restaurants are just next to the property. The villa enjoys a convenient location between Baveno, only 3 km away, and Stresa, 4.5 km away, the best-known town on Lake Maggiore. Guests can stroll along elegant lakefront promenades, visit boutiques, cafés and restaurants, or take a ferry to explore the beauty of the lake and its islands. Day trips to Milan, Turin, the vineyards of Piedmont, romantic Lake Orta and the mountain valleys behind the villa are all easily possible.

– The entrance on the main floor leads to a tastefully furnished, air-conditioned living area complete with a beautiful library, couches around the TV, and dining table. Large sliding windows open out to the garden and terrace boasting incredible views of the lake. A small kitchen with everything you need. Toilet. Single bedroom with TV. Two air-conditioned double bedrooms with TV and each with ensuite bathroom (one with shower and one with bathtub).
– The first floor has two air-conditioned, double bedrooms with TV: a master bedroom with double bed, dressing room, ensuite bathroom with shower, and a terrace with stunning lakeview. Another bedroom with double bed (or two singles) and ensuite bathroom with shower is located at the back.
– The main floor also includes an indoor pool area, perfect for year-round splashing fun, with large sliding windows that can be opened in summer leading out to the garden.
