Villa San Remigio is a gracious villa with a private swimming pool, proudly set on a hilltop in Pallanza with stunning panoramic views over Lake Maggiore.

This prestigious historic residence once belonged to the estate of the famous Villa San Remigio and is now privately owned and rented out for an exclusive and truly memorable holiday. The vast grounds are among the largest you will find at Lake Maggiore and offer incredible 180° views from almost every point of the property. The higher you go in this three-storey villa, the more spectacular the scenery becomes.

The beautifully landscaped park of about 15,000 m² slopes gently down towards the lake over several levels and terraces. Guests will find plenty of spaces to relax and dine outdoors – sunny and shaded spots, hidden corners for daydreaming, and picnic areas with breathtaking views. Thanks to its south-facing position, you can enjoy the sun all day long, especially by the spacious pool area with changing rooms, warm showers, and a fridge to keep your drinks cool. The swimming pool measures 16 x 8 meters, with a depth ranging from 1 to 2.5 meters – ideal for a refreshing swim on warm summer days.

The villa is located in a quiet residential area above the charming town of Pallanza-Verbania, just 1 km from shops, cafés, and restaurants. It is possible to walk down to the town, but as the return is uphill, a car is recommended. From Pallanza, you can easily stroll along the lakeside promenade or take a ferry to explore the highlights of Lake Maggiore – including the Borromean Islands, Stresa, the monastery of Santa Caterina del Sasso, Angera Castle, and even the Swiss side of the lake.

Villa San Remigio (600 m²) has been carefully renovated, preserving its historic structure with high ceilings, a large solid oak staircase, beautiful oak parquet floors and lovely antique furniture. Combined with the latest amenities, it creates a magical and comfortable space where you can relax and unwind. With space for up to 18 people in 9 bedrooms, it is the ideal place for a large group or family gathering:

– On the ground floor there is an elegant living room with sofas and an open fireplace. Dining room. Fully equipped kitchen with access to the terrace and barbecue area. Billiard room. Toilet. Lift.

– The first floor is surrounded by a balcony with beautiful views of the garden and lake. All rooms have large windows that open onto the balcony. In the centre of this floor is a living room with comfortable sofas and a television, around which all the bedrooms are arranged: bedroom with double and single beds and en-suite bathroom (with bath and shower), bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom (with bath and shower), bedroom with double bed, bedroom with two single beds, bathroom with shower, toilet.

– On the second floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower, a bedroom with a double bed and adjoining small room (optional) with a single bed, a bedroom with a single bed, two bedrooms with double beds. Two bathrooms (one with shower and one with bath and shower).

Included: Welcome pack, water, gas, electricity, cleaning (weekly), bed linen (changed weekly), bathroom and pool towels (2 sets per week provided on arrival)
