Casa Rossa is a charming finca situated on a gentle hill in the picturesque Lazio region, just a short walk from the shores of Lake Bolsena. A true paradise for nature lovers, this property offers a perfect blend of tranquil seclusion and convenient proximity to local amenities, with a restaurant within walking distance.

Stunning views over the glistening Lake Bolsena can be enjoyed from anywhere on the property, including the multiple outdoor seating areas and the impressive 20 metre long, privately fenced pool. Casa Rossa is ideal for guests who want to relax, but also for active holidaymakers who want to explore the surrounding flat cycle paths, go fishing, boating or visit historical sites.

Lake Bolsena, known for its clear waters and picturesque fishing villages, is a lesser-known jewel of Italy. Its proximity to historic towns such as Orvieto, Bolsena, Sorano and Pitigliano, as well as its easy access to Tuscany and other parts of Lazio, make Casa Rossa an ideal base for day trips.

The owner, a fashion designer, has lovingly furnished the house with a unique mix of flea market finds, local acquisitions and heirlooms from her family, giving each room a special charm. On the long, covered veranda, guests can relax in comfortable sofas and lounges surrounded by lush vegetation.

The main house sleeps up to 10 people, with all windows fitted with mosquito nets and each bedroom having a portable fan. For larger groups, there is the option of renting two further outbuildings, which normally remain closed to guarantee privacy (prices on request).

Please note that parts of the property are secured with an electric fence to keep out wild boar.

Master bedroom with double bed (140 cm wide) and en-suite bathroom(bathtub and separate shower), double bed (160 cm x 200 cm) with private bathroom (bathtub), sitting room with single bed and study room/kitchenette.

Second floor:
Suite with twin beds, sitting room and bathroom (shower). Double bedroom, kids room with 3 single beds, bathroom (bathtub).
