Casa Rossa is a charming holiday home situated on a gentle hill in the picturesque region of Lazio, just a short walk from the shores of Lake Bolsena. This finca is a paradise for nature lovers, offering a perfect blend of peaceful seclusion and convenient proximity to local amenities, including a restaurant within walking distance.

From every part of the property, including the various outdoor seating areas and the impressive 20-meter private, fenced pool, you can enjoy breathtaking views of the sparkling Lake Bolsena. Casa Rossa is ideal for guests who want to relax as well as for active holidaymakers who wish to explore the surrounding flat cycling paths, go fishing, boating, or visit historical sites.

Lake Bolsena, known for its clear waters and picturesque fishing villages, is a lesser-known gem of Italy. The proximity to historic towns such as Orvieto, Bolsena, Sorano, and Pitigliano, as well as easy access to Tuscany and other parts of Lazio, makes Casa Rossa an ideal base for day trips.

The owner, a fashion designer, has lovingly furnished the house with a unique mix of flea market finds, local acquisitions, and family heirlooms, giving each room a special charm. On the long, covered veranda, guests can relax on comfortable sofas and lounges, surrounded by lush vegetation.

The main house accommodates up to 10 people. All windows are equipped with mosquito nets, and each bedroom has a portable fan. For larger groups, there is the option to rent two additional outbuildings, which are usually kept closed to ensure privacy (prices on request).

Please note that parts of the property are secured with an electric fence to keep wild boars away.

Large sitting room, second sitting room, dining room, kitchen. All these rooms open onto the garden. Guest bathroom with shower.

First floor:
Master bedroom with double bed (140 cm wide) and en-suite bathroom(bathtub and separate shower), double bed (160 cm x 200 cm) with private bathroom (bathtub), sitting room with single bed and study room/kitchenette.

Second floor:
Suite with twin beds, sitting room and bathroom (shower). Double bedroom, kids room with 3 single beds, bathroom (bathtub).
