Shops, restaurants, bars, and the Via Appia are just 5 minutes away. The famous beaches of Sperlonga are reachable within 15 minutes.

Flexible Rental Options

Rental periods are flexible, and arrival and departure days do not need to be from Saturday to Saturday.

The large infinity pool (10x4 meters) is surrounded by a spacious 312 m² sun terrace that includes two outdoor showers. The house and sun terrace are encircled by a charming ancient olive grove.

Upon entering the house, the 88 m² living room with seating and dining area and the open kitchen offer a magnificent panoramic view of the terraces and the sea.

• Master Bedroom: King-size bed (200 cm), en-suite bathroom, and private 75 m² rooftop terrace (upper floor).
• Bedroom: Double bed (180 cm), private balcony entrance, en-suite bathroom, and walk-in closet (ground floor).
• Bedroom: Two single beds, en-suite bathroom, and private terrace entrance (ground floor).
• Second Bedroom: Two single beds, private terrace entrance, guest WC (ground floor).

Pool House

On the pool level, there is a guest house with two additional bedrooms, a living room, and a bathroom. The pool house is accessible from both the main house and a separate entrance.

• Bedroom: Double bed (180 cm), en-suite bathroom, and direct access to the pool.
• Bedroom: Two single beds, en-suite bathroom, and direct access to the pool.
