Outdoors, guests can enjoy the exclusive use of a large, 7x13 m swimming pool with Jacuzzi and fully equipped with sunbeds, tables, armchairs and umbrellas.
Also outdoors, the property includes a games area consisting of soccer field, tennis table, archery and other activities for the entertainment of children as well as adults.
It’s a great starting point for day trips to Rome and Naples, distant respectively 130 and 100 km from the villa.

In Itri, 6 km away, you will find all kind of shops and groceries.

Ground floor:  large living room on two levels, the upper one with a dining area and a lounge area with satellite TV, stone steps leading to a lower level where you will find a stone fireplace surrounded by Moroccan-style brick sofas, as well as  a stereo system. From the living room a long corridor takes you to 4 double bedrooms, two bathrooms, one with bath and one with shower, and to the kitchen.
 
Access to two large outdoor patios  respectively from the kitchen and the living room,  the first equipped with lounge chairs, benches and a large round stone table that can accommodate  up to 12 people: here breakfast is served in the morning and you can also find a stone barbecue.
The kitchen is modern, provided with dishwasher, refrigerator, oven and microwave.
