Beautiful private villa with pool in a very quiet location near Recco on the Ligurian coast, Italy.

The country house is set in a private garden (1500 m²) with olive and chestnut trees. There is a spacious terrace with beautiful views of the surrounding countryside. The large swimming pool (4m x 8m) is perfect for a refreshing dip in the hot summer months and has a shaded terrace where you can sit back and relax on chairs and sun loungers. To top it off, there is an outdoor hot tub perfect for relaxing at the end of the day.

This holiday villa Villa Avegno is located in a very green and quiet location on a hill in the small village of Avegno. The charming coastal town of Recco with a popular beach and many shops and restaurants is only 6 km away (part of Paradise Bay). Known as the gastronomic capital of the Italian Riviera, Recco is famous for its delicious focaccia with cheese. It has an excellent central location around Portofino Park, from where you can discover the beautiful Ligurian coast: from the lively city of Genoa to the picturesque villages and beautiful beaches of Camogli, Portofino, Sestri Levante and Cinque Terre.

– On the ground floor there is a spacious and charming veranda with a large wooden table and sitting area, kitchen, living room with TV, couches and open fireplace, dining room, and bathroom with shower.
– On the first floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and a TV, a bedroom with 2 single beds and a bathroom with a bathtub. These two bedrooms have air conditioning
- With access via the pool area (no internal connection from inside the house) you reach a wellness room with sauna and fitness equipment. Further on this floor there is a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower, a large double bedroom (please see notes below), desk and TV.

Note: The basement is only accessible from the outside. One of the bedrooms has a sofa bed, but a real mattress is placed on top of it, making it a normal double bed.
