Villa Bonassola is a comfortable holiday home, ideally located in Liguria, close to the famous Cinque Terre. This newly built villa offers modern amenities for a perfect stay, including a heated pool and a tennis court. With a spacious terrace, well-maintained garden, and an outdoor kitchen with a BBQ, it’s the ideal retreat for families and friends who want to enjoy nature while being close to the sea and village.

On the first floor, you’ll find an open-plan living area with a dining table, comfortable sofas, and a TV, along with a fully equipped kitchen with an island. Large sliding glass doors lead out to the spacious terrace, offering a stunning view of the garden, pool, and sea. For children, there’s a recreation room with a ping pong table, foosball, and a large TV – perfect for rainy days.

The beautifully landscaped garden surrounds the heated swimming pool, which is open year-round and bordered by a wooden deck with sun loungers and umbrellas. For active guests, there’s a tennis court, shared with the owners. Bicycles are available free of charge, ideal for exploring the nearby countryside, including a scenic coastal bike path that follows a former railway line from Framura through Bonassola to Levanto.

The villa is located in a quiet area at the end of a private road, almost at the top of a hill with views of Bonassola Bay. The village center is just 1 km away, offering a beautiful beach, restaurants, and bars. A parking garage in the village center is included in your stay, and guests can rent a beach cabin, umbrella, and sunbeds. The popular town of Levanto is only 6 km away, and the charming villages of the Cinque Terre are easily accessible by train.

The villa is fully air-conditioned and can accommodate 8 people in 4 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom with shower: 3 double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom.

Annotation:
– The access to the villa requires special attention: the last 100 meters uphill are narrow and very steep and therefore only recommended for experienced drivers. A 4×4 vehicle is recommended if the road is wet.
– The descent on foot from the villa to the center of Bonassola (1 km) will take you about 15 minutes, while the return journey (note the last steep stretch) will take about 30 minutes.
– The swimming pool can be heated and is open all year round.
– The tennis court is shared by the owners who have another villa next door.
– Pets are allowed (only upon prior request).
