Beautiful villa with pool and tennis court in Bonassola, Liguria, not far from the famous Cinque Terre.

Villa Bonassola is a newly built villa (sqm) with all modern conveniences and a heated pool for a perfect peaceful vacation.
– On the first floor there is an open-plan living area with a dining table, a sitting area with sofas and a TV, and a kitchen with a cooking island. Large sliding windows lead to the spacious terrace (30 m²) overlooking the garden, the pool and the sea.
– For the children there is a recreation room with a large TV, table tennis and table football.

The garden has been lovingly designed in order to be able to optimally enjoy nature in a very relaxed atmosphere. The manicured lawn is lined with Mediterranean shrubs and aromatic olive and lemon trees. The heated swimming pool is open all year round and is surrounded by a wooden deck with sun loungers and parasols. Next to the villa you will find a covered gazebo with a dining table and comfortable sofas and an outdoor kitchen with a barbecue. If you would like to do sports, there is a tennis court that is shared with the owners. Bicycles are available free of charge to explore the nearby nature and villages: did you know that there is an old railway line that has been converted into a coastal cycle path that runs from Framura to Levanto via Bonassola?

Villa Bonassola is quietly situated at the end of a private road almost at the top of a hill overlooking Bonassola Bay. Please read the important notes below regarding access. The pretty little village center of Bonassola is about 1km away and has a lovely beach, several restaurants and bars; a garage parking space in the center is included in your stay, while a beach cabin, umbrella and sun loungers can be rented. Along the Ligurian coast you will find the popular town of Levanto 6 km away and the magnificent five villages of the Cinque Terre are easily accessible by train.

The villa is fully air-conditioned and can accommodate 8 people in 4 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom with shower: 3 double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom.

Annotation:
– The access to the villa requires special attention: the last 100 meters uphill are narrow and very steep and therefore only recommended for experienced drivers. A 4×4 vehicle is recommended if the road is wet.
– The descent on foot from the villa to the center of Bonassola (1 km) will take you about 15 minutes, while the return journey (note the last steep stretch) will take about 30 minutes.
– The swimming pool can be heated and is open all year round.
– The tennis court is shared by the owners who have another villa next door.
– Pets are allowed (only upon prior request).
