Casa Rufo is a modern holiday home in Liguria that brings together luxury, design and landscape in a remarkable way. Set harmoniously on a quiet hillside above Castiglione Chiavarese, it opens generously to the surrounding nature and offers panoramic views stretching to the horizon. Architecture and materials were carefully selected to frame the landscape – clean lines, refined surfaces and advanced technical features define the entire house.

Access leads through a historic stone archway and along a private path with traditional stone steps. The 7,000 m² terraced property is shaped by characteristic dry-stone walls that blend Casa Rufo seamlessly into its natural surroundings. The stone façades echo the region’s architectural tradition, creating an atmosphere that feels both authentic and elegant.

Inside, the house reveals its contemporary character through a curated selection of international design furniture. Bright rooms and expansive windows create an airy, open ambience, allowing natural light to flow freely. The view extends across the hills and the gentle contours of the Ligurian landscape – a panorama that perfectly complements the modern style of the house.

Each bedroom is equipped with its own bathroom. On the upper floor, a separate apartment offers an additional living area, fully equipped kitchen and ensuite bedroom – ideal for family members or friends seeking extra privacy.

From the living room, you have direct access to the pool area.
