The salty sea breeze and the Mediterranean flowers and plants will welcome you with their summer scents. From the terraced gardens (70 m²) you can admire the 180 degree views over the sea. There’s a panoramic swimming pool and comfy outdoor couches and deck chairs; fun, relax, and an undisturbed vacation guaranteed for families and friends!

Villa Levanto is located on a sunny hill in the Mesco area next to the town of Levanto (2 km) at the Ligurian coast. It is situated along a walking trail going from Levanto to the first village of the marvelous Cinque Terre, Monterosso al Mare. Walking down from the villa to the Levanto town will take you about 10 minutes while getting back up will be more around 20… Levanto is a popular tourist destination with a sandy beach and many shops and restaurants, and the ideal base to discover all five villages of the amazing Cinque Terre and the rest of the beautiful Italian Riviera.

The main entrance is on the top floor which is composed of a sitting/dining room and a small kitchen, double bedroom, single bedroom, and a bathroom with shower. Terrace.
On the middle floor are 2 twin bedrooms (one is air conditioned), a double bedroom (air conditioned), and 2 bathrooms with shower. Terrace.
The lower floor features a living room and small kitchen. The outdoor vine covered terrace has a large dining table overlooking the swimming pool and the sea.

Note:
– To get to the house from the street, it is necessary to walk down a public, unpaved walking path for about 50m: this is not suitable for people with walking difficulties. The path is not illuminated when dark.
– The inside and outside of this property is built over several unprotected/unfenced levels and terraces with (possibly steep) steps: it is therefore not suitable for the elderly or for small children or for people with walking difficulties. Extra careful attention is always required for anyone.
– There is private uncovered parking available along the street for 2 cars.
