(Both bedrooms have direct access to the garden)
FIRST FLOOR: 1 double bedroom with skylight, 1 bathroom with shower
BASEMENT: Room with well-equipped kitchen as well as wood burning brickwork pizza oven; living area with fireplace and dining area with large glass windows on 3 sides with views of the sea and direct access to the garden on one side and to the furnished area with private swimming pool on the other. 1 bathroom with shower.
