The new owner has transformed Casale Mignola from an old 'ruin' into a stunning holiday villa for 10 people. The interior beautifully blends antiques with contemporary Italian design. Enjoy overwhelming views from every part of the house, especially through the large panoramic windows in the tasteful living room and the spacious kitchen. The kitchen, designed by Italian Ideal Cucine, is equipped with professional appliances. In the evenings, cooking enthusiasts can indulge here, or you can hire a private chef to take care of your meals. On the first floor, you'll find four spacious bedrooms, each with its own modern bathroom. The antique beds and dark wooden ceilings give the bedrooms an authentic, warm atmosphere.

The fifth bedroom is in the separate guesthouse in the garden, perfect for those who appreciate the privacy of a private room. Here you’ll also find a cozy living room with a kitchen and a private bathroom.

Villa in Le Marche | Location

Casale Mignola is located in the heart of Le Marche. The beautiful hinterland of Le Marche is reminiscent of Umbria and Tuscany, and the picturesque coastal villages still exude a genuine medieval atmosphere.

In the small village of Torre, 2.7 km away, you will find a grocery store and a bar. A bit further is the medieval town of Cingoli (9 km). In this charming town, you can dine, shop, and stroll through the picturesque streets. Cingoli, situated at an altitude of 600 meters, is known as the "Balcony of Le Marche" for its beautiful views.

Thanks to its central location, Casale Mignola is the ideal starting point to visit the numerous villages and historic towns in the area. Both rocky coves and wide beaches, as well as mountains, are within an hour's drive. Visit Ancona (43 km), the picturesque port city built on the slopes of Monte Conero. The city of Macerata (30 km), which hosts the world-famous open-air opera festival each year, is also worth a visit. The large city of Urbino (117 km), the birthplace of Raphael, showcases Renaissance art and is perfect for a day trip.

The region also has many vineyards to tour for wine tastings. For nature lovers, head to the Monte Sibillini Nature Park (55 km) for hiking, climbing, and cycling. There are several trails, hidden lakes, and charming mountain hut restaurants. About 4 km from the house is an aqua park, Verde Azzurro, with swimming pools, slides, and tennis courts, making it a great place to visit with children.

You can fly to Ancona Airport (45 km), Perugia Airport (108 km) in 1.5 hours, or Bologna Airport (236 km) in about 2.5 hours.
