Casale Mignola, nestled in the rolling countryside of Le Marche, is recently renovated farmhouse ready to welcome you for a relaxing holiday in Italy. Located in the heart of the historical centre of this beautiful Italian region, with beautiful bays along the Adriatic coast, authentic hill towns and the impressive mountain ranges of the Monti Sibillini. 

The new owner has transformed Casale Mignola from an ancient 'ruin' into a stunning holiday villa for 10 people. The interior is a beautiful mix of antiques with contemporary Italian design. From every part of the house you can enjoy an overwhelming view. So too from the enormous picture windows in the tasteful living room and from the spacious kitchen. The kitchen was designed by the Italian Ideal Cucine and equipped with professional appliances. In the evening, cooking enthusiasts can indulge themselves here or you can choose to have a private chef take care of your meals. On the first floor you will find four spacious bedrooms, each with its own modern ensuite bathroom. The antique beds and the dark wooden ceilings give the bedrooms an authentic, warm atmosphere. 

The fifth bedroom can be found in the separate guest house in the garden, ideal for those who appreciate the privacy of a private room. Here you will also find a cosy living room with a kitchen and an ensuite bathroom. Due to the exceptional location of the house - completely private and surrounded by olive groves - you will experience a feeling of openness and at the same time complete privacy.

Villa with large pool Le Marche

Relaxing is easy in the large garden with the private infinity pool of 15 metres and the lounge areas on the terrace next to the kitchen. Casale Mignola is a fine place for a relaxing holiday and an ideal base for exploring the ever beautiful Le Marche!

For the cooler months, guests have a heated pool (4x2 meters) in a glazed area at their disposal.

Villa in Le Marche | Location

Casale Mignola is located in the heart of Le Marche. The beautiful inland of Le Marche is reminiscent of Umbria and Tuscany, and the picturesque coastal villages still exude a real medieval atmosphere. 

The small village of Torre (2,7 km), has a groceries and a bar. Further away you will find the medieval town of Cingoli (9 km). In this charming town you can dine, shop and stroll through the charming streets. Cingoli is situated at a height of 600 metres and is also called the 'balcony of Le Marche' because of its beautiful view over Le Marche.

Because of its central location, Casale Mignola is the ideal starting point to visit the numerous villages and historical towns in the area. Both the rocky bays, the wide beaches and the mountains can be reached within 1 hour by car. Drive to Ancona (43 km), the picturesque port city built against the slopes of Monte Conero. The city of Macerata (30 km) hosts the world-famous open-air opera theatre festival every year and is also worth a visit. The large city of Urbino (117 km), Raphael's birthplace, presents Renaissance art and makes for a nice day trip. 

In this region, there are also many vineyards to visit once for a tour through the groves or a wine tasting. If you prefer nature, drive to the Monte Sibillini natural park (55 km) where you can hike, climb and cycle. There are several hiking and biking trails, hidden lakes and nice mountain hut restaurants. At a distance of about 4 km from the house is an aqua park, Verde Azzurro. There are swimming pools with slides, tennis courts and is thus a nice place to go with children.

You can fly to Ancona airport (45 km), to Perugia airport (108 km) at a 1.5 hour drive or to Bologna airport (236 km) at about 2.5 hours drive.

Main house:

• Large living room with impressive design furniture of Caccaro and a cosy sitting area around the wood stove, made by the design brand Focus. 
• Further on you will find the dining room and the open kitchen, made of stainless steel and equipped with professional appliances, including: an American refrigerator, double oven, gas cooker, dishwasher, espresso machine, kettle, microwave and other cooking utensils. 
• Next to the kitchen furniture is a table designed by Elite To Be, which can be used for cooking or having breakfast while enjoying the beautiful view of the surrounding hills. 
• Separate room with a vintage billiard table.
• Laundry room with a washing machine, dryer and ironing facilities.

• The stairs to the first floor lead to the four bedrooms of the main house. The bedrooms each have an antique king-size bed (200 x 200 cm), clothes storage and an ensuite bathroom. The bathrooms are equipped with a toilet, washbasin and a very spacious shower. 

Pool house:

• The pool house is ideal for guests who appreciate the privacy of their own room. 
• Here you will find a small living room with a sitting area, dining table and kitchen. 
• Further on, the bedroom with a king-size bed (200 x 200 cm) and the bathroom, equipped with a toilet, washbasin and a very spacious shower.

Outside:

• The outdoor areas of Casale Mignola consist of a large lawn surrounded by olive groves. 
• Next to the living room is a spacious covered terrace with a dining table and a barbecue.
