Dimora San Venanzio is an exclusive holiday home on the “Collina delle Fate” winery in the Marche.

The holiday home is located next to the small medieval church at the highest point of the hill, in front of the Furlo Gorge, which dominates the idyllic Marche landscape. Only 33 km from Fano, a beautiful port town on the Adriatic.
In the outdoor area, which consists of a huge garden completely at the disposal of guests, we find an outdoor dining area where one can eat in summer and enjoy our Ofyr.
The careful architectural design allowed the inclusion of an elegant swimming pool, well integrated into the surrounding spaces. Access to the water is via an internal brick staircase. Cleaned with salt and covered with PVC, it is fully available to guests of the residence.

Dimora San Venanzio is a large villa that can accommodate up to 8 people.

Ground floor: Entrance, living room with fireplace and separate dining room with large wooden table. Very spacious, modern kitchen with large windows and a beautiful sideboard. As stated above, the kitchen is equipped with all modern appliances such as oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, espresso machine, toaster, kettle and blender. bath
First floor: 3 bedrooms, two with a king-size double bed (240 x 200 cm) and one with two single beds. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. The bathrooms are equipped with a bidet, toilet, shower or bathtub, a full set of Grown Alchemist toiletries, bathrobes and slippers.
Second floor: 1 bedroom with a double sofa bed (160 x 180 cm) and en-suite bathroom with shower, full set of Grown Alchemist toiletries, bathrobes and slippers.

Large, private saltwater pool (15 m x 7.5 m and 1.40 m deep). The swimming pool for private use is open from May to September, depending on the weather.

On the solarium terrace around the pool there are comfortable sun loungers, parasols and an outdoor shower.
