The recently renovated holiday home in Le Marche, Martino Brillo, is located in a quiet and green place near the village of Staffolo in the Italian region of Le Marche. A wonderful place to relax and unwind!

The Italian owners have completely renovated this authentic holiday home for 8 people and turned it into a residence with a contemporary design. The character has been retained by the beautiful terracotta floor, old doors and wooden beams. By carefully selecting and mixing the materials, colors and design, they kept the interior calm, bright and contemporary.

On the ground floor you will find the beautiful kitchen and a large living room with TV. On the first floor you will find all bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, toiletries and air conditioning. Outside in the fully fenced garden you will find a beautiful swimming pool (4 x 12 m) and a terrace with a large dining table and a barbecue for outdoor dining. A small vegetable garden was also created for the guests.

Martino Brillo is located in the center of Le Marche, a 5-minute drive from the village of Staffolo. In this atmospheric village you will find a supermarket for your daily shopping and several restaurants.

Due to its location, the holiday home is the ideal starting point for visiting the numerous villages and historic towns in the area such as Cingoli and Macerata. The rocky bays as well as the wide beaches and the mountains can be reached by car in 45 minutes.

The villa is located in the middle of the Verdicchio vineyards. You can enjoy this and other selected wines in your own in-house wine cellar. You can find more information about this on request.

Ancona airport is 30 minutes by car from the house.

1st floor: 2 bedrooms have a double box spring bed (160x190), 2 bedrooms have two single box spring beds (80x190) All bedrooms have their own bathroom with shower

Private swimming pool (4x12 meters) with a shallow part of 2x2 meters where small children can play or relax in the water.
